At the core of thesys is a founding partnership that blends engineering precision with design vision.

### Rabi (R)
An engineering leader with experience at Google and as Head of Engineering at DevRev India, brings deep expertise in building scalable systems and high-performing teams. He also co-founded Payzie, a fintech startup acquired by Google.

### Parikshit (L)
Complements him with a visionary, user-centered instinct for product and design. As the former Head of Design at DevRev, he built and led a world-class global team. Prior to that, he led design at Recko, which was later acquired by Stripe.
